To make sure we can get you set up in the best conditions, here’s what the process will look like:

🤝 Intro call (30 mins)

During the intro call, we’d love to better understand what kinds of events you’re running, so that we can onboard you in the best way possible.

Ahead of this call, it would be helpful if you could prepare:

• Event examples
• Expected volumes (number of events and registrations)
• What your current process looks like (tool, team members involved, etc.)

No need to bring the whole team. One or two people who understand the event setup will be enough. There will be more product-specific onboarding calls for other people involved in your events.

All of this will help us onboard you faster, making sure you get set up ASAP.

🤝 Onboarding session (45 mins)

Once we’ve made sure that Contrast is a good fit for your events, it’s time to get your trial event up!
